Frequently asked about Fast Track

Does Fast Track skip immigration checks? +

No. You still complete immigration as required, but you use the priority lane with staff support, so it is much faster.

How do Arrival and Departure differ? +

Arrival supports you when you land in Vietnam; Departure supports you when you leave (check-in, baggage, security, to the gate).

How far ahead should I book? +

Book at least 3 hours before your flight so we can arrange staff and the name board.

What if my flight is delayed? +

We track your flight in real time and adjust the meeting time automatically — no need to notify us.

Does the price include visa fees? +

The Fast Track price is the airport assistance service fee; it does not include visa/VOA fees (if any). Staff will clarify on confirmation.

Can I travel with family / kids / elderly? +

Yes. Add guests when booking or pick the “Extra guest” add-on and we support the whole group.
