Frequently asked questions about E-Visa

What does “1 hour, 2 hours, 1 day…” mean?
It is the time ViEntry RETURNS your E-Visa result, in Vietnam working hours, starting when ViEntry receives a COMPLETE valid file and payment. Outside working hours, weekends and holidays are not counted.
Is the suggested package always exact?
The calculator gives the most suitable and economical level for your entry date, for reference. After booking, a ViEntry consultant confirms the exact package & turnaround based on your real file.
What if I want faster than the suggestion?
Absolutely. When you tap “Apply”, you can pick a faster package (earlier result) for peace of mind — all packages are listed for you to choose.
Is the government fee included?
The package price is the service fee. The Department fee (25 USD single, 50 USD multiple) is separate and non-refundable if the file is rejected.
Single vs Multiple?
Single is one entry; Multiple allows multiple entries within validity. Both are up to 90 days.
Which gates accept the E-Visa?
For entry/exit at approved international gates (air, land, sea).
What do I need to prepare?
A passport valid ≥6 months with ≥2 blank pages, a 4×6 white-background portrait, and a data-page photo showing both ICAO lines.
What if the file is rejected?
The Department fee is non-refundable per regulation. That is why ViEntry checks your file before filing to minimize rejection risk.
